During this summer’s Exit the Highway campaign, The National Audubon Society is teaming up with Toyota to urge drivers to ditch our country’s overcrowded highways and take a more scenic, less-travelled route. Its new Web site – ExitTheHighway.com - highlights nearly 100 nature destinations in more than 60 cities including Nashville’s Strawberry Plains Audubon Center, Seattle’s Marymoor Park, Chicago’s Goose Lake Prairie State Park and New York’s Love Motel Exhibit by Brandon Ballengee.
After perusing its list of inspiring itineraries, be sure to submit your
favorite nature stop shot (try saying that three times fast) and sign the ETH
pledge for a chance to win a brand new Toyota Prius v.
