The Pink Puma

With the recent launch of its 2012 Project Pink initiative Puma wants to know, “Who do you wear pink for?” Is it your mom, daughter, sister, aunt, neighbor, grandmother, great-grandmother, etc.?

After you’ve given that some thought, Puma is hoping you’ll nominate, vote, shop, tweet and share.

First step: Go to puma.com/projectpink and nominate your favorite breast cancer charity. Next up is voting, but that doesn’t actually happen until September 24 ... which leaves you plenty of time for shopping. Click here to peruse the 2012 Project Pink Puma collection, which includes graphic tees and tank tops, a pink hoodie, shorts and capris.

In between shopping and voting, you’ll want to tweet all about PP to your friends and family because each #projectpink tweet raises $1 for breast cancer research and patient care.

Finally, at a date not yet known, the winning charity will skip happily away with 100 percent of the profits from the sale of Project Pink gear plus the money raised from the PP tweets. All in all, the donation could be worth as much as $120,000.  Not too shabby!
